New Skillr8-product
Core Concept
Module 03 teaches you how to generate a clean professional product shot of any jewellery piece using the r8-product skill. No model. No hands. Just the piece in a real environment that looks like it was photographed by a professional.
This is your e-commerce imagery. Your wholesale deck. Your product pages. The images that make someone stop scrolling and click buy.
Your New Skill
Download the r8-product skill file below and upload it to your R8 Studio Skills project in Claude. Once it is uploaded you have two skills active in your studio. The Clone skill for model shots. The Product skill for product shots. Each one has its own trigger word. Each one does one specific job.
r8-product — Skill File
Download and upload to your R8 Studio Skills project knowledge section. Follow the demo to see exactly where it goes.
How the Product Skill Works
You upload two images. Image 1 is your reference — the aesthetic, the surface, the lighting, the mood you want. Image 2 is your product — the actual jewellery piece from your supplier site or product page. Type the word product. Claude reads both images, extracts everything from the reference, describes your piece accurately, and outputs a complete Higgsfield prompt. You copy it and paste it straight in.
The Golden Rule
Your reference image is everything.
The output will only ever be as good as the reference you give it. A strong reference produces a strong output. A weak reference produces a weak output. Choose your reference carefully.
What makes a strong reference: the lighting must be clear and real. The surface must be physical and believable. The mood must feel like a real photograph. If you look at your reference and it feels real and photographic the output will too.

When the Environment Does Not Look Real
If the output looks CGI or digitally generated the reference image is the problem. It may be too heavily edited, too filtered, or too stylised. Go back and find a reference that feels genuinely photographic. The more real your reference the more real your output.
The Exercise
1Go to any jewellery supplier site. If you are a founding member use the supplier list in Bonus 01.
2Pick one piece.
3Find a reference image that represents the aesthetic you want for that piece.
4Open your R8 Studio Skills project in Claude.
5Type product then upload both images.
6Take the output into Higgsfield.
7Generate and save your best result.
The Win
You have generated a professional product image of a real jewellery piece. Clean. Real. Indistinguishable from a studio photograph. This image is ready for your website, your wholesale deck, and your social media. You can do this for every piece in your collection today.
