Your Studio Setup
Before you create anything
you need your studio ready.
This takes five minutes. Set it up once and it runs forever.
ToolsClaude Project + Higgsfield
Core Concept
Your studio has two tools. Claude hosts your creative director. Higgsfield is your camera. Every skill in this course works by connecting the two through a Claude project.

This module walks you through setting that up. A Claude project is your space to give Claude a specific role. From that point forward every conversation inside that project remembers who it is and what it is there to do.

The System
  • 1Open Claude and create a new Project
  • 2Name it R8 Studio Skills
  • 3Copy the skill file below and paste it into the instructions field of your R8 Studio Skills project
  • 4Download the skill file and upload it to the project knowledge section
  • 5Open Higgsfield and create your account
Download the Skill File
This is the first skill file for your studio. Download it and upload it to your R8 Studio Skills project knowledge section. Follow the demo to see exactly where it goes.
r8-clone — Skill File
Download and upload to your R8 Studio Skills project knowledge section.
How the Clone Skill Works
The Clone skill is the foundation of the entire system. It lets you place any jewellery piece onto a model image using two inputs and Claude as your prompt engine.

You upload two images. Image 1 is your reference. The model, the pose, the lighting, the setting, the mood you want. Image 2 is your product. The actual jewellery piece from your supplier site or product page. Type the word clone. Claude reads both images, extracts everything from the reference, describes your piece accurately, and outputs a complete Higgsfield prompt. You copy it and paste it straight in.
Reference Image Rules
Lighting must be clear
The output light will match your reference light. Soft, hard, directional, diffused. Whatever is in the reference comes through in the output.
Jewellery must match the form
Find a reference with a model wearing the same type of jewellery you want to generate. Ring reference for a ring. Earring reference for an earring.
Model and pose must be clear
The closer the reference is to what you want the output to look like the better. Blurry or unclear references produce blurry or unclear outputs.
Avoid heavily filtered images
Heavily edited or filtered references confuse the output. Find references that feel genuinely photographic.

The Exercise
  • 1Create your R8 Studio Skills project in Claude.
  • 2Paste the project instruction into the instructions field.
  • 3Download the r8-clone skill file and upload it to the knowledge section.
  • 4Open Higgsfield and create your account.
  • 5Your studio is ready.
The Win

You have run the Clone skill for the first time. You found a reference, uploaded it through Claude, generated it in Higgsfield and saved the result. Your studio is working. From here every module adds a new skill and a new capability until you have a complete content system that covers every shoot you will ever need.

What Comes Next

Module 02 puts the Clone skill to work on a real jewellery piece. A model shot from a supplier image. Start to finish in one session.
